Margo Heston is a Postdoctoral Research Associate at the Center for Health Disparities (CHDR) research under the mentorship of Dr. Tobey Betthauser and Dr. Amy Kind. Her research focuses on the roles of social determinants of health and the gut microbiome as they affect the pathological and cognitive trajectories observed in Alzheimer’s disease.
